Only a few months before the Herreshoff Mfg. Co. would be offered for sale at public auction they built eleven boats, all identical and all using the #503-class molds of 1899. These marconi rigged boats were delivered to the Watch Hill Yacht Club for the 1923 season. Length over all was 24'6", with a beam of 6'9" and a draft (board raised) of 2'3".
