This British 74-gun ship, launched at Deptford in 1785, took part in the successful Battle of the Nile of 1798. Solid hull construction of boxwood, planked-over above the waterline with yellow cedar. Detailed model is authentically painted, shows all appropriate deck gear and includes furled sails.
