Bobb Tomsett (1952 – )

Mr. Tomsett grew up along the coastal shores of Great Britain and became intrigued by many of the small working craft that plied the coastline during the late 19th and early 20th century. His model work has been devoted to small working vessels and yachts of British and American design, showing the stylized hull construction techniques that easily distinguish his work. Mr. Tomsett’s ardent research also enables him to detail his models with true perfection. An example of his classic yacht model work is part of the Mystic Seaport Museum collection.
